• Promotion offer is valid on the selected Turner Hastings products listed, while stock lasts.
• Only products without overflow are included in this promotion - except Chester Fireclay Sinks.
• Reward values vary depending on the products purchased.
  • Eligible Fireclay Sinks, Vanities and Shaving Cabinet purchases receive a Pre-Paid VISA Gift Card valued at $250.
  • Eligible Bath purchases Pre-Paid VISA Gift Card valued at $1,000.
• Multiple reward redemptions are available per eligible product purchased.
• Claim requirements:
  • Customers must complete the online redemption form and provide valid proof of purchase to claim their reward through the Turner Hastings website.
  • Proof of purchase must clearly show purchase date, product purchased and retailer details.
  • Redemption claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Redemption period strictly ends 30 September 2026.
• All redemption claims are subject to verification and approval by Turner Hastings.
• Turner Hastings reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, or do not meet the promotional criteria.
• Approved rewards will be issued as a digital prepaid Visa gift card sent via email to the email address provided during the claim process.
• Please allow up to 30 business days for claim verification and digital gift card delivery.
• Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Gift cards are issued by a third-party provider and are subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and usage restrictions. Turner Hastings is not responsible for lost, deleted, undelivered, or stolen gift cards once issued.
